- ½ Chicken Breast, boiled and hand-shredded
- 50 g Bean Sprouts, blanched
- 50 g Cucumber, shredded
- Green Onion
Spicy Oil Sauce 辣油酱
- 3 tbsp MCN Spicy Oil 夜猫辣油
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
Steps to Prepare
- Prep, Cut/Shred, Blanch all Ingredients (Chicken Breast, Bean Sprouts, Cucumber, Green Onion)
- Mix Spicy Oil Sauce
- Stir Spicy Oil Sauce well until consistent texture
- Pour Spicy Oil Sauce mix onto Chicken
